Edge is growing, and AI is changing what a marketing agency can be. We're looking for curious people who like to get to the bottom of things, in our office in Antwerp. Attitude matters more to us than a degree, age or background.
AI agent builder
Digital transformer, empathetic and analytical. You translate what companies need into AI agents that make work faster, cheaper, better, or possible for the first time.
Head of operations
Facilitator, empathetic and a builder of trust. You steer our growth in the service of clients, colleagues and shareholders. In that order.
Internship: creative concepts with AI
Innovator, curious and a maker. You use AI to develop creative concepts that make commercial sense. Previous interns studied marketing, design, journalism and development, but your field doesn't matter.

From people who want to work with us, we expect that you know what gives you joy and satisfaction, and that you keep wanting to go deeper into some of the subjects your job covers. Probably things that don't exist yet.
